This BAO Health set pairs a 60 mm hydrocolloid skin barrier flange (REF 3016001) with a urostomy pouch (REF 4036001). Each pack has 2 sets.
The flat, flexible baseplate has a locking coupling ring and a printed guide for cutting the opening to the stoma size, up to 60 mm. The pouch attaches to the ring and can be changed without removing the baseplate.
The pouch is for adults. It has a multi-chamber anti-reflux design, belt tabs and a bottom tap with a tethered cap, which can be connected to a bedside collector with the adaptor provided.

How To Use
1. Measure the stoma. 2. Cut the barrier opening along the printed guide, no larger than 60 mm. 3. Clean and dry the skin, then peel off the backing and press the barrier in place. 4. Lock the pouch ring onto the flange and check that it is secure. 5. Empty the pouch through the bottom outlet and close it again. 6. Follow the pack instructions and your stoma care professional's guidance.
