The BAO Health 3015001 + 2145008F Two-Piece Ostomy System is designed for colostomy and ileostomy care in adults. It pairs a 50 mm hydrocolloid skin barrier flange (3015001) with a separate drainable pouch (2145008F). The pouch locks onto the flange's ring, so it can be changed while the baseplate stays on the skin.

The flat, flexible hydrocolloid baseplate has a printed size guide for cutting the opening to fit, and belt tabs for use with a stoma belt. The drainable pouch has an integrated Velcro (hook-and-loop) closure at the outlet, a filter and a soft nonwoven fabric covering.

This set contains one flange and one pouch. Check the flange size (50 mm), model codes and closure type against your existing products before ordering. The flange and pouch must be the same coupling size to fit together. Follow the supplied product instructions and your stoma care professional's advice for fitting, use and replacement.

How to use

Clean and dry the skin around the stoma. Measure the stoma and cut the flange opening to fit using the printed guide. Remove the backing and press the flange gently onto the skin. Attach the pouch to the flange ring until it locks securely, then close the outlet with the Velcro closure. Follow the supplied instructions and your stoma nurse's guidance.
